This course explores understandings of the biblical foundations of accountability in leadership and teamwork, presents practical tools and techniques for fostering accountability within a team, presents strategies to address resistance and challenges in maintaining team accountability and cultivates a team culture that values responsibility, transparency, and collaboration.
Upon completing DSW 609, participants will be able to:
