This course equips participants with foundational coaching skills to support and develop their teams effectively. It also explores the biblical principles of leadership and mentorship. And provides strategies for fostering team cohesion, trust, and productivity as well as to empower leaders to guide their teams through challenges and growth.
Upon completing DSW 608, participants will be able to:
